Lee Barter is an entrepreneur specializing in sourcing & value chain optimization of critical materials. He is founder of Phaedrus Dynamic Inc., a start-up focused on Copper cathode production and critical minerals processing technology.
Lee has worked in mining and industrial processing supply chains in over 30 countries on six continents. Previously, Lee founded Tamarack Mining Services, a group purchasing company for the North American mining industry. Lee was formerly a management consultant with Deloitte, in roles including Managing Partner of Mining & Energy (Deloitte Chile) and Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operations (Deloitte Canada).
