Marc has spent 25 years at the intersection of technology and emerging markets as an entrepreneur and venture capital investor.
Currently, he is a Managing Partner at ArcTern Ventures, a firm dedicated to backing climate tech innovations that aim to decarbonize the planet.
Previously, Marc co-founded and served as COO at Unata, a leading enterprise software platform for grocery retailers, which was successfully acquired by Instacart in 2018. He also held investment roles with the BlackBerry Partners Fund and Summerhill Venture Partners.
Marc's background includes strategy consulting with The McKenna Group, focusing on technology growth strategies, and wireless product management with Ericsson Communications.
He holds a BASc in Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Ivey Business School.
